短文聽讀 Dialogue

　　My dad gave me an expensive gold watch when I graduated. Two days later, I dropped it in the bath. The battery was as dead as a doornail. I was panicking when I took it to the watch shop, but the watchmaker said it wasn’t as bad as all that. The next day, he called and said the watch was fixed. It was as good as new!

　　我畢業時，老爸給我一隻昂貴的金錶。兩天後，我把它掉在浴缸裡了。電池很顯然地壞掉了。我把它拿去鐘錶行時，我很驚慌失措，不過鐘錶匠說情況並沒有那麼糟。隔天，他打電話來並說手錶修好了。它就如新的一樣！
