Q:What would you do if your opiniondiffers from that of your superior?
Would you speak up or remain silent?
A: I think it's important to clear up any issues before they worsen. An open and communicative working environment is very important. Therefore, if my opinion should differ from that of my superior or coworkers, I would make an appointment with them to sit down and talk it through, one on one.
I always share my thoughts with my co-workers and superiors. But if I don't agree with them, I won't tell them directly when other people are around. I prefer discussing the matter with them later on in private. This way, it's more likely for us to see each other's point and reachagreement.
