| 句型 (1)：if + S + V... 如果…… |
- If you pay in cash, we'll give you a discount.
（如果你付現，我們會給你一個折扣。）
《補充說明》 if 亦可代之以 suppose / supposing (that) 或 assuming (that)
| 句型 (2)：unless + S + V... 除非……（= if not） |
- I won't do it unless you agree.
= I won't do it if you do not agree.
（除非你同意，我不會做那件事。）
| 句型 (3)：as / so long as + S + V... 只要……∕以……為條件 = on condition (that) + S + V... = provided / providing (that) + S + V... = only if + S + V... |
- As / So long as you remain here, you are under our protection.
（只要你繼續留在這裡，就會受到我們的保護。） - I'll lend you the money on condition that you pay me back by Friday.
（只要你能最遲在星期五償還，我就借你錢。）
